If Italy won all in Team World Cup, the Indiviual World Cup was French. Florent Perrier and Laetitia Roux won the race and consequently the World Cup.

Even with the bad weather, the organisers got to do a very technical and spectacular itinerary. Florent Perrier won without any problem the race, even if at the second last descent he broke a ski. The advantage was then over 1 min, which allowed him to arrive anyway first to the finish line.
The surprises were on the other places: incredible race of Matteo Eydallin, which beginning from behind was winning slowly positions until the second place! Didier Blanc had the opposite strategy: even being second after the first descent, he lost slowly positions to finish anyway in a very good 5th place. Third and fourth, closed together, were Riechegger and Brunod. Kilian Jornet, after falling down on the first descent and breaking a pool, finished in 7th place, which permitted him to get still the 3rd place of the World Cup.

On women, no surprises: clear domination of the young Laetitia Roux (FR), followed by Roberta Pedranzini (IT) and Francesca Martinelli (IT). Laetitia took advantatge of her impressive skills on descent: the most part of the difference with Pedranzini were done on the descents!

In the European Youth Cup, the victory on female went, as expected, to Mireia Miró (ES) in Junior (women to follow closely next year as Espoir: she finished the first ascent together with Martinelli!!!) and Katarina Grohova (CZ) in Cadet.
In male, Robert Antonioli (IT) in Cadet and Xavier Gachet (FR) in Junior won again the race (as therefore the Cup).
