3rd ascent (Bon Mardion-Pellicier)3rd ascent (Bon Mardion-Pellicier)France has imposed again his superiority on the today’s team race of the European Championships in Morzine. On a very beautiful itinerary of around 1900m, perfectly trailed (congratulations to the organizers!), and under an impressive blue sky, the race was hold as planed, with start at 8am.
After the first ascent, on the head of the race the teams were quite closed to each other, but o the second ascent, the French team Perrier-Gachet and the Italian team Brund-Reichegger took some advantage (around 30 sec) to Giacomelli-Pellisier and Bon Mardion-Pellicier.
Finally on the 3rd descent Perrier-Gachet managed to take some advantage to the Italians, and maintain it easily until the finish line.
